Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Nokia N97 handset from Nokia's authorized dealer on 10th October.
2 months have passed by and the device's vibration stopped. I gave it to Nokia care to fix on 18th December. It's been 8 days now and these people still haven't given my phone back to me. The phone cost me 32000 and this is the type of service I am getting.
In today's competitive market environment it's sad to know that a company like Nokia delivers such a pathetic show.
Please do something about this ASAP.
