The above hand set was given for service on 16.02.2011.After service the slide lock found missing.
Since the mobile is not that old nothing was missing. I have submitted the unit to ARYA COMMUNICATIONS at mulund west on the mentioned date.
We expect a genuine and polite service from Nokia Care centre. But the way they speak to me is
not telerable. If some thing was missing at the time of admission of the unit they were suppose to mention in the service job sheet.
Since we are customer for NOKIA for last many years we believe in good service.
We request you to solve this issue at the earliest.
If not we will be forced to take legal action against the agency for the same.
