I bought a nokia n97 mini on 7th of may and i experienced a camera problem within 10days which forcefully made me to deposit the phone with nokia care (22nd may) after repeated reminders my phone reached hyderabad on 9th f june where in i was called to collect the phone and reach the phone was found faulty. i wasted my time and expense reaching you out traveling 40 km. moreover a brand new handset was shown at the care to justify the problem with my phone. then it went back to the head office and reached here again on 17th june and the set was again faulty. again it went back and seemingly again the handset came with the same problem and that too of a different colour (chrome). i havent paid money for that sick colour, i want the orginal colour, the one i bought i.e a white, and that needs to be a brand new (mind it i do not need a swaped or a refurbished phone) inspite of buying a high end phone this what service i get from you guys. what sort of a company are you running where you are cheating your customers. lastly address my issue at the earliest failure to which i would have to take the case to the court.
