Display malfunction

Purchased Nokia97 mini from Spice retail Ltd, G-1, Manish Abhinav plaza, Sector-5, dwarka, New Delhi-110075 on 7th May. Presently located at Lucknow. The mobile set is already giving problems in that the screen display does not come at times or becomes non functional after 3-5 minutes of use.
