Nokia n97 mini
MOBILE PHONE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia N 97 Mini in April from THE MOBILE STORE Outlet at Dombivali West.

After a period of 6 - 7 months i started facing with the problems like mobile gets switched off ofently, Screen touch functions does not works, Keypad gets locked automatically, after charging full battery within a span of half hour the mobile goes in switch off mode.

I went to Nokia Care at Dombivali West in the month of December and get the replacement on the same in the month of January.

Now the replaced mobile is giving me the same problems which I was facing previously.

I m really fed up, what is the use of paying such huge amount to Nokia for such cheap mobile. Now I want my money back or any another model.

Kindly help me to meet my needs.
