Defective product and deficiency in after sales services

I bought a nokia n8 on 2nd of november. It used to come with a PC Pin for registering OVI music store in your home PC to have access to unlimited downloads, unfortunately mine came with none. I called nokia customer care to provide me the PC pin but they showed me alternate way to register which was also not working. So i again called for the PC pin on customer care this time they ask for 48 hrs to generate the PC pin. After 48 hrs called again but they again asked for 48 hrs as they told complain was not properly lodged.

now from 2 nd nov. to till date they havenot provided the pc pin and every time with some deficiency they ask for 48 hrs. God knows when there 48 hrs will be over and when i will get the solution. even now days when i call, i have to start the same story with scratch (which takes around 30-40 mins, chargeble) and at the end i get one more dead line of 48 hrs.

I request concerned authorities to look after the nokia customer care business, as they are very deficient in their services.
