New set not working

Dear sir/madam,

I have bought a cell Nokia N8 - EMI no.352684041314308 amounting Rs.23000/- (including CST/VAT) vide bill no. Nokia/188/oct, dt:26.10.10 from Super electronics pvt ltd. (Nokia priority Dearler), showroom 44/2B, krishna puri, outer ringroad, Vikas puri, ND-18, ..

The very first day i.e on 26th oct-10, there was a problem in software (as told by the store executive) and the cell was getting hanged, everytime we tried to open th photos folder.

on 28th of oct-10 we went to the dealer, from where we purchased the set, and the executive said there is a software problem and we are updating the same. She did it and returned the cell. the very next day when we tried to use it, it got switched off. As i am working and my Fiance Mr. Amit Saxena (the person who bought the cell) was not in town, we could not register the complaint.

On 4th of november we went to the dealer again and then she said there is some hardware problem and we can not get it rectified you need to go to Nokia care centre. From there we went to nokia care centre and then we came to know the set will be sent to Nokia head office (Mathura road) and they will repair it accordingly. For Which my refernce no. is 113433527/101104/59 and the contact person is Mr. Dev (Ph no. 8800317888).

My question is when i informed the dealer with in 48 hours, even then why he did not change my set? We went to him twice a time even then he took no action. Now when i called him he is misbehaving and very rudely said that we can not help you in this case.

We have spent Rs.23000/- on a set and we both are service class people. Kindly look into the matter.
