Hello this is Jitendra Jain I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how non-technical and non-cooperative (i.e. engineer) are your staff at Nokia Priority Dealer (Mahalaxmi Telecom - Dulhan Park, Shop No. B/5 Phatak Road, Geeta Nagar, Bhayander (West) behaving to customer.
I have been planning to purchase E72 and in this regard, visited their Priority dealership. Initially they were all OK with explaining the brief features, etc.
However, i got a better deal on this handset somewhere else, so i did not purchased it from Mahalaxmi dealer.
I was totally shocked and surprised when i went with my new E72 to this Mahalaxmi Priority dealership to understand some features of this mobile, they bluntly refused to co-operate and clearly said they since you have not purchased it from us, we will neither explain mobile features (which is clearly against the Nokia's Company's Policy - Have checked myself with Nokia). To add further, there are some softwares/applications which enhances the mobile productivity, they bluntly refused to even downland that on my phone.
I very sad and upset to know that Nokia with such a big brand worldwide and known for customer friendly policies, have such Priority dealers who don't even know how to talk to customers and co-operate with them.
They have not lost only one customer in me, but many other potential customers which i was suppose to recommend.
I request Nokia officials to take this matter seriously and ensure their brand image does not deteriorate any further.
