My Nokia Express music handset of model 305 has been facing serious problems since the very next week that I purchased it. It's still in it's guarantee/waranty period. The speaker and FM along with the instrument has not been functioning properly.
I had given it for servicing a number of times but the problems still exist. If you don't cater to my problems and change myhandset I would thereby be forced to register a complaint in the consumer court. I will then make sure that Nokia gets sued.
