Making calls and recivce calls not working proprly

iam parchge a nokia x2-00 phone march.this phone is not working proprely .when we make calls phone displays error in connection and also idea simcard not working in this phone .we are going nokia care

more times but they repiar the phone not proprely. Please give suggestion.
