I have a Nokia X2-01 which I bought on 28th Oct and is still under warranty. My phone indicates switched off when somebody try to contact me at night. Phone's display is on but till morning when I make a call it will continuously indicate as switched off. Due to this problem I went to Nokia Care Center @ F-26/4 Okhla Phase-2 New Delhi. I was attended very nicely by the helpdesk people. Day before I went to Nokia Care my phone fell down and there was a minor crack on the right side of the body. I was told by helpdesk guy that he cannot send the phone to the company under warranty as it is defective. I told him 2-3 times that this problem is happening from last 1 month and phone got fell off yesterday only. He misguided me saying that due to the defect might be motherboard got damaged and if I will replace the body in Cash they can cover it in warranty and might can replace the phone as well. He insisted me 2-3 times and I agreed to pay them for the body so that they can change the body and can send it to the company for the repairing or replacement. He told me that the cost of the body is 1050/-. For a 3900 phone, I paid them 1050 just for the Body. They also provided me an standby phone and told me to come after 5-6 business days to collect the phone. Now the Climax happened, they called me on the same day when I went to submit the Phone saying that the problem has been resolved and I need to come to collect the Handset. I was shocked, I told them that the helpdesk guy told me to collect it after 6 days but she stated that the issue has been resolved at their end only so the resolution is quick I again went there next day collected the phone but the same problem was still there when I used it for 2 days.

Now I want an explanation from them that why the hell they make fool of customers? Why did they charged me forcefully for the panel of the Phone when my previous body was fine? why they don't think that customer has to travel 10-20 kms to come to customer care center and if the phone's issue is not resolved why did they handed over it to me? I am very frustrated by this problem and will surely file a case against them in the consumer court authorities.
