Lots of mistake in handset

I have bought a nokia handsets X2-01 IMEI No. 359771048962263 Invoice No. 35161 on 21 April. these handset have lots of problem. like no battery backup, handset automatically switched on & off . when i went to the nokia service centre to solve these problem they did not respond me.
