Egarding defective handset

Hello sir,

this is to inform you that i m one of ur customers using x3-02 touch and type set... i buy this set on 11 may.and

i have been getting many problems from the set

i have come to ur customer care bt i didnt get any response... sometimes they say it will go for checkup after 10 days they cum with the set and having up the same problem and it is nw very irritating

i m getting very irritated from this set as it heats up while charging and dosent have battery backup... it charges in 2 hours and get finish in less than 6 hours

i dnt want to replace my set... as i m fedd up nw from this set... i want my full money back for your company otherwise i m going to complaint in consumer court for this nw... so nw its ur responsibility to do so...
