Bought a defective / Not getting replacement

This is Ravi Kannan from Chennai. I have bought a handset model Nokia X3 on 30th Oct'10 from Univercell. Within couple of days, I started getting charging problem. After it is not charging completely, I handed over the handset for repair to univercell (Ekattuthangal branch) on 23rd Dec'10. Now, Univercell is saying, Nokia is sending this handset to HO for further testing, as even after changing the battery it is not working / charging. I demanded for a replacement immediately. No proper reply from univercell. Then, I lodged a complaint with Nokia service center demanding a replacement. I am chasing both Univercell and Nokia. But, the response is damnnnnn poor. They are absolutely no customer friendly. I never expected a multinational company like Nokia will behave like this. Their service standards are far below than even an Indian local company.

Nokia, I am still waiting for your response to my request for replacement of your defective product sold to me.
