I had purchased Nokia X6 on 18 July. After about 10 days, the mobile phone stopped being charged. So we went to the dealer asking him to identify the problem. The Dealer kept the phone for about one week and then returned the mobile handset to us saying the problem was in the battery. he replaced the battery. However the problem continued and we cpould still not charge the mobile handset.

We again went to the dealer who told us that the handet will have to be sent to the nokia repair center. It was sent on 3 August. Its been over a 35 days but i dont have my handset with me. The Nokia representatives have been delaying the process by telling us to talk to Mumbai services center, the Mumbai services centers directs us to Bangalore and the bangalore representatives are directing us to Gurgaon without providing us an update on the status of my mobile hand set.

We asked them to replace the handset but they are not ready for it.
