IT WAS REALLY PATHETICING AND UPSETTING ANSWER FROM NOKIA CARE CENTRE WHERE I HAD GIVEN MY NOKIA X6 NEWLY PURCHASED HAND SET FOR REPAIRING. IT WAS NOT GETTING ON . SO, I VISITED NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING.
AND, NOW TODAY THEY ARE CALLING AND ANSWERING IT IS TEMPERED SO WE CAN'T REPAIR OR SEND IT TO OUR DELHI OFFICE. WHEREAS I HAD NOT GIVEN TO ANYBODY FOR REPAIRING. IT SEEMS THEY HAS BEEN SOME MISCHIEF OR PROBLEM WITH THEIR STAFF & NOW THEY ARE TELLING THE INSTRUMENT IS DEAD YOU TAKE IT BACK. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???
IT IS JUST 4 MONTHS I HAD PURCHASED THE INSTRUMENT & NOW THIS GUYS ARE GIVING SILLY REPLY..
I NEED THE REPLACEMENT OR MY HAND SET REPAIRED.
KINDLY GUIDE ME HOW TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS GUYS...
