Bad Customer service/Technical support for an defective handset

Hi,

My name is steven glen rego, i have had a very bad expeince with nokia care showroom, first thing i was sold a defective handset by a nokia priority dealer in Maleshwaram mantri mall, and then i take the phone to the nokia care and they change the speaker and i try using the phone the problem is still there (Speaker buzzing sound) i inform them the same, they dont agree, i informed them that the issue is with the hand set and asked them to send it to the headoffice, but they dont agree, they say the phone is fine so they cant send it, no i have had 4 rounds taken to the care spent hundreds of rupee traveling, no i dont know what to do? please someone help me, i feel like i have been cheated by Nokia, first they sell me a defective handset and then no one is ready to help me with the same, i even sent the email to the nokia care help desk and they ask me to submit the phone to a care center but these ppl are not ready to accept the phone and they are not ready to send the phone to the head office. Please some one help me in going about...
