After suffering on account of quality on conteneous basis almost everyday today i decided to at least let the company North West know what they are offering. I searched for North West and was amazed to get to the greivience board..wow... they sure seem to be better known for other reasons too. I too on reference thought i was buying the best in technology and a very reputed brand. Now would also want to share my buying experience... In a city like Jaipur i could not first trace the brand. But further affirmed my faith in the brand assuming people hate to spend more. Finally i got to talk to the company sales personnel who gave me appointment after appointment but could never arrive. Somehow i still managed to buy the switches 6. and a few two way switches. The two way switches gave way in the very first month..i bought new ones and replaced..but then again they and the the standard 6amp switches started failing and there has been no end to it. All the switches which are used have failed ..thankfully there are no kids in the house. Now i am stuck with this cause I cant get the replacements sometimes the color is not available (when i want a off white they would only have a white) sometimes the product is not available. I wish the share the experience so that all of us do not just follow a brand name... at times they are misleading. God Bless them!!
