O General Air Conditiner
Not working Properly

I have purchased O General 1.5 T A C Model 18 GPK-AXG from National Agencies, Patiala in April 08. Because i think it is a reputed company, now i feel i was wrong, company may be big but A.C. is much below the mark. Unchi Dukaan Fika Pakwan is really suit to O general. My complaint is when we start the A.C. after some time it trips we are facing a lot of problem in this hot summer. Website is also vey poor (as A.C.) not consumer friendly, No Toll free number no address of service centre in punjab on the web.
