Dear Reader.
This is to inform you that I am writing this email from a very hard heart. I had invested Rs30, 000 to buy a AC 1.5 Ton Window O General AXGB 18 ARTH 1.5 Ton which S/No is T009437 on 10th April from Navrang Electronics Krishna Nagar. This Ac is not working from 2nd Day of teh installation. Every one from teh company is making me fool. I am trying to in touch with 517, Patparganj Delhi but i found they guys don't even listen. This Ac is not working & always tripping in after 10 min & com-pressure don't start again. Always blow a hot wind with bad smell. No Cooling nothing at all. I just bought this box last month only
Its my humble request to the Big Company ETA General Pvt. Ltd please take your AC back & return my money. Navrang peoples is not giving any kind of response. I am planning to put this complaint to consumer court forum also & made an complaint online already.
You peoples are investing a good amount in promotions, marketing, services. But your products are worst. I do not understand if your services could be awesome so you do not need to invest money in Marketing. Hitachi, Voltas ets are far better then ETA General.
I never expected this kind of worst & worst service & products of ETA General Pvt. Ltd
