I wrote this complant and happy that I was contacted by Mr. Rehan immediatly, He took a fast step and collected my Bill,
I was further told that it will take a week time, but unfortunatly its been a month now and I have not got any phone call or my AC window gril replaced,
Yesterday night, My AC plug also caught fire and burnt, I am not sure it its the quality Issue? and will not interested to go further in this discussion while one is pending.
Please assist me ASAP, or guide me if I am take any judicary action on this issues,
I have contacted Rehan and got info that 1 TON AC gril is not coming from back,
Please replace my AC with new one, if Gril is not coming from back end or return my moeny so I may continue with another AC (As its been 2 month now and the issue is from the date of purchase 14/May)

Hi there,
This is to bring your kind attention that I am not at all happy with the kind of service ONIDA is providing me.
I have bought one ONIDA AC 1 TON on 14th MAY'11 From Belssings Sector 18, Noida its front plasting gril is broken.
I have launched a complaint 60660, service man came in and took my gril and from yester day I did not got any phone call or either any one came to change new one as they took it saying they will change it,
after a lot off follow up I got reply that ONIDA is running out of stock with 1 ton AC so gril can not be replaced for now,
Finally for today they have placed my old broken gril as I was using my ac with out any front gril.
Is there any one there who canhelp me in ONIDA
or should I escalate this to further
