Onida Split AC Not cooling (Poor Service)

Hi,

I have registered complaint last week 19-may since my Onida Split A/C is not cooling.

Complaint nos:12058476380963 and 12058476381254

Still Technician has not visited my home even after several calls.

Could you please do the needful asap?
