I had lodged a complaint for my ONIDA HYDROFALL 70 washing machine on 25th June both on the company website complaint section and with the customer care on 0222 39889000. I was told that the servicing will be done on Monday, 27th June (complaint no 11062896380373). I called on 27th and was told that the engineer would be there for the servicing on the same day before 6pm. No one turned up. I called on 28th morning and was told that the person would be there at my place by the afternoon, and i was given a local no for the vashi servicing centre, 27827583. This number seems to be not in service anymore. i called up the customer care in the eveing and the person who answered (Rahul Thakare - if i'm not wrong, who claimed that he was the senior there) was absolutely rude. Very Poor Service.
