ONIDA SPLIT ACs (2nos.)
Very poor service of ACs and breaking of covers locks of both the ACs

Sir,

I am tired due to the pooe service of split ACs (2 nos.) installed at my residence. Service personel has broken the covers lock of both the indoor units during the service in the last week of March.2010 during the gurranty period..Even wiring of display unit of one of the ACs has been badly disturbed and filters are not being inserted in to the unit properly.

Cover of 1 ton unit was recently replaced by the company but service personel again has broken it during the service in the last week of March within the gurranty period.

Pl help and maintain your good image of your company.
