Sudden Fire In the Mobile

HI i am from srinagar (jammu&kashmir), a few days ago i put my pagaria mobile model QWERTY SUPER on the table and after 10-15 minutes later i checked the smoke coming out of the handset. Next day i reached out to the service center and they refused to service the mobile. Then I reached to the head office on telephone and they also refused to help me out.my Mobile is under warranty purchasedon 30 april.
