I had purchased HTS3152 home theatre in October. On 21st June the instrument stopped working. I logged a service request with Philiphs. Their represaentative turned up after 3 reminders. After 15 days he informed that one of the part was not available with the company so they are replacing the entire unit.
Inspite of repeated calls, chats, personal visits the instrument is not being replaced as of today (26 July).
Every time I call they ask me to wait for 2-3 days.
I request Philiphs to please provide me an upgraded version if they have stopped manufacturing HTS3152.
