Irresponsible and poor service

I had given my SP 090 5.1 Home theatre System for service in Mastercare electronics. They took 1 and a half months, still they told its not yet ready and will call me back if it is ready. I went there the next day, they made me wait more than 1 hour and gave me the product. But they HAD DAMAGED the WOODEN CASE and told me that they would replace it for me in 1 week. 2 weeks have passed, they SAY that there is no Stock in the Kochi for this part. Till now IT's not replaced
