Dear sir,
i ve purchased a 32" philips LED TV in January from pune central. its giving me problem in audio output since april. its in warranty period. i ve complained about it to customer care almost 4 times, everytime they provided me with complaint nos but the mechanic or the service personnel didn't turn up to my house for repairing. the last complaint no. is PPUN0806120152. there is absolutely no response from their side, they even sent me a wrong number of a mechanic by name engineer shashi patil contact no. 8888852171. this guy says that he is not related to philips in anyway. then they gave me another no by name deepak kundande with contact no.8065502233, even this is a wrong no. which is not in use. i am absolutely fed up with this horrible response from philips and would like to complain about it. they have made a mockery of customer services...
