Bought new Philips DVD player, DVD player, in warranty period itself had lot more problem later they extended warranty period for 3 months from warranty. Later due to repeated issue I took AMC for the DVD, even I had same frequent issues then they given new DVD player replacement for that. But that too not working properly. I given complaint on 09-August but as on date 18-August no one attended the complaint and no one made any call.
Please guide me on this, what I have to do next in this case.
