ABNORMAL DELAY IN REPAIR

The PHILIPS LCD TV - 24PFL4505 was brought from BLESSINGS (A unit of Kay Dee Audiovisions (P) Ltd) on November 5. This TV had developed a major problem within one week of its installation due to which it had to be replaced by Philips. it took almost a month.

Now on 16th October the LCD TV again developed problem which was reported to Philips through their Call centre. The Call Complaint No. is PGZB1610110028.

The Service Engineer has visited and informed us that a part will need to be changed. I have since been following up with the Service Centre in Noida, but till date no part has been made available by Philips.

So much for a multinational company as Philips.
