Sir,
i have given my philips music player in the service center held at hyd due to the technical problem and there by the date given from the service center, when i went there they told still the problem is not cleared and they told me to come there by another time and as above i went to service center four times and finally they told that give money for courier charges, we will courier it to your address and there by i waited for more than three months, i did not received any courier and when i went there the service center is closed and i found another shop there, and i went to another philips service center in another area to enquire they told that we do not bother about it and we are not to take responsibility and they are not giving proper response...
i have the bill and work order receipt also...
so please kindly process my complaint sir,
