Poor service from philips custome

My brother purchased philips mp3 player from lotus electronics in indore in november. after three days of purchase it is not working (mp3 songs are not playing and display is not working). I have given that piece in philips service centre in hyderabad (vinayaka enterprises in nampally) on december 14th. they are telling that piece will be replaced in 10 days. Every day iam calling them they are telling that it is been sent to pune and stock is not present. And today they are telling that the piece has been sent to head office in hyderabad. two months back I have purchased and till now iam not able to use it. it is in service centre from from last 45 days.i think they will give that after warrenty expires. From past 10 years we are using philips electronic items thinking that philips provide better service.

Is Philips india doesn't have services to deliver the product early to customer.

I think this is bad response from philips which will damage philips reputation.

My workorder number is 39120.name v. Raghuram.

when I called to customer care. But they are delaying the date to provide service.

Is Philips doesnot have the capability to provide service for mp3 players

And iam awaiting for your reply and my philips mp3 player delievered to me earlier.
