I have purchased a mobile handset on 15/05 from planet M shakarpur U-180, Ground Flr, Vikas Mg, Shakarpur, Delhi110092. India., Tel:45547200. 45547200.. and they have given 2 years warranty on my handset. After one year when problem occured. I submitted my mobile for repairing to that store on 3/8. but 4 months left I always do call and visit to that store every time a store executive makes same excuse" your mobile will come after 1 week". 4 month left but I did not get my mobile repaired. I have also discussed with Store area incharge Mr. Vivek Singh. He also makes same excuse. I also called many times to him but he does not pick my phone. Now they have been proved they are really fake person and they are cheating customer.
Dear admin and friends of this site Kindly suggest me what should I do against this types of fraud people. Now I am planning to submit this issue in delhi court.
