VERY HIGH

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have given my DVD player to your service centre at GARIA, Kolkata on 12.11.2011 for the problem of "No Sound".

I did servicing inc Sep- Oct'11 for the same problem from the same service centre. But the problem has not been rectified. My complain is:-

1. Why the same problem has happened within a month time?

2. Why this problem has not been solved for last 35 days?

3. I have asked twice to Mr. Ashok Mukherjee of the Manager of Said service centre to know the reason for the late but he could not explain me the reason. He told me that one electronic spare found defective and to be replaced. If so then why it has not been replaced even after 35 days?

4. If there is no stock in that case why it has not be informed to the customer?

3. why I did not get any feedback from service centre from last 35 days?

Under the above mentioned circumstances,

*** I need proper written explanation for the late and non communication to me.

***** I need the delivary of the DVD player of home theatre after repairing within 3 W.days from this complain.

If I do not get the materials within 3 w. days, I will take the legal action (Consumer forum) for the same against philips and your authorised service centre.
