Poor quality from Saravana stores

We bought a iron bed from Saravana stores furniture in Saravana Furniture - Shop No. 3, Abdul Razzak Street, Tambaram West, Chennai - 044 22260789. And told that 6 month warranty is there. Saravana stores had delivered iron bed on next day. After two day that bed is damaged.i took the bed and reached to the stores, no response and still it is not repaired. Please dont buy items at cheaper rates from shops like this, service will be extremely poor. This is my own experience. Out of anger n frustation posting this. Not sure when they will come to assemble.
