I Had purchased a Samsung refrigerator MODEL NO-RT27YBUX dt 27th April but after few months it was not working properly. After complaining your engineer visited and according to him there was some issue with the defroster. The upper compartment was working fine and there was high cooling but the lower compartment was not working at all and all the vegetables and food was going stale (in high inflation scenario), hence having huge financial losses. He changed some parts and then it was fine then.
Again after two months same issue is happening. Upper compartment is having high cooling whereas the lower is not cooling at all hence all our vegetables, fruits and food materials are going stale, we even can't drink cold water in this crouching heat increasing our mental agony. This is utter ridiculous to have BRANDED SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR but not avail any facilities and loose money as vegetable prices are very high. I would request your kind office to refund my MONEY back as I have lost faith in the company and I am sure that after repairing it would again fail. I have no issue in taking a higher model fridge paying extra money but I need it to be replaced ASAP.
