To activate SIM card

Hello Mam,

I have purchased a new SIM card on Monday, April 25, at 07.00 p.m. from Aircel office, Madurai, but it has not been activated yet today, Thursday, April 28. I have made nearly 5 to 6 phone calls to the office to activate it, but i was told every time that it will be done within an hour. Much disappointed in this regard. I am not able to attend to or to make any official calls.

Hope that necessary steps will be taken as soon as possible.
