I have purchased a samsung galaxy ace duos phone in the month of jun... couple of days after the purchaser, I went back to the reliance dealer where I bought it from, and informed him that my cellphone was Hanging and refused to work..the battery backup was terrible... the cell phone display would keep moving it's own .the dealer mentioned that the cell phone would have to be sent to the service centre. As Had visited the samsung service centre onceformy earlier cellphone, I refused to visit them as the service provided is awful... the dealer agreed to help me out..they informed that the cell phone was fine and they had reconfigured the same... however, after two days the problem reoccurred. infect my SDcard was also missing. I complained and the dealer gave me a new one... the dealer has asked me to go to a new service centre in malad... I am so upset as I have payed double the amount of money as It

Is a CDMA phone... It is so unfair to a customer as Samsung is substandard and highly priced... I would not leave a stone unturned togo to the media and the consumer forum even I don't get a single penny...

I demand to be contacted and a replacement for a better handset to be done immediately
