Excess bill without any use

As I am old customer of airtel post paid service, ny compliant is that without my using my bill is coming two months excess.not any message, not any talk to anybody, due to excess bill I am using other vodafone, becz.of excess bill every month.and I tel you that I remove airtel Sim Card to keep in by bag.still today I surprise to say that same amount Rs.85/-and minimum scheme 100/-plus whatever I talk, after enquiry in no.9 told some abroad talk and message I send, when I am not using simcard how bill increase, and daily 1.50 paise add daily in my bill.now what to do, if ur reply will not come, then I will cancel my number and take prepaid number of anyother company.kindly suggest me immediately and more as I am senior can't go any where ur.gallery.to take any action.so do something for my complain? my mobile no.is 9867488666 and address already you maybe.there.my name is Lilaram.h.
