We lodged complaint for repairing of our geyser our complaint no. is 1922815. one of the company representative came for repairing he told us that the element is not working and the new element will cost rs550 and visiting charge will be 250 total will be rs800. we agreed for this. while repairing geyser he didnt opened the gayser properly and carefully while opening he damaged one screw after breaking that screw he said now bcoz of this screw whole assembly needs to be changed which will cost rs2500. we said will complaint against you then he said he will give disccount of rs500. due to his improper handling and carelessness the repairing of the geyser which would cost us rs800 initially now it is costing rs2500. his behaviour showed that he had done this intentionally for charging more money if he didnt done intentionally he should inform us before that screw is not opening af if it will get damaged new assembling has to be done but he didnt informed us before. now company service centre no. always remains busy we tried calling for may times we got it repaired from oustside.kindly see to this matter as soon as possible. company is responsible for this.
