Unnecessary Balance Deduction

I am Seetha Lakshmi using Aircel Simcard. Last week i had the balance of Rs. 80. But they deduct my account for some unnecessary schemes. But i didn't activate such schemes. Within 2 weeks i lost Rs. 60. Please stop such a bad thing.
