Dear Team,
I have a NOKIA LUMIA 800 HANDSET which has suddenly stopped working few days back.
When I visited Nokia Care they took it on Job sheet No.115433527/121201/72 on the Name of Gaurav Kashyap after a week times I was Informed that my Lumia 800 is been replaced by Nokia and I have to get it collected from Service Centre.
Today when I visited and received my handset, it was in a very bad condition and it was a used set with No Screen Guard (which was there in My set from the date of Purchase) and there were so many scratches on the Screen.
When I complained in the service centre that I will not accept this then they told me to speak to Store In charge Mr Draramveer for resolve my query but he has taken my handset back and said back and said he’ll not do anything and will not replace it now. He misbehaved with me and abused me using very rough and cheap language which I can’t even mention in this mail.
Hope you understand I will get resolve my problem with same issue.
