Dear Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Aqua Guard's poor customer service.
Initially we had an i-Nova water purifier. The sales agent forced us to buy a Reviva model saying that the water contained a lot of dissolved particles which are best treated by a Reviva model.
Now we pay an AMC of Rs 3500 but get no or poor service.
A water purifier related complaints should be treated as high priority, since we have no drinking water.
I raised a service request 5 days back with Aqua Guard and still no service.
How can I take action against Aqua Guard to ensure proper and prompt service.
