I PAWAN PUNJ HAD PURCHASED MY NOKIA LUMIA 800 MOBILE ON 10TH DEC. 2012 FROM THEIR DEALER IN FARIDABAD .VERY NEXT DAY PHONE BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING. I WENT TO DEALER FOR THE COMPLAINT, THEY SEND ME TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR SOFTWARE UPDATION, THEIR THEY TOLD ME THAT PROBLEM IS WITH HARDWARE HAND SET TO BE SENT TO COMPANY ITSELF FOR REPAIR.I DONT WANT TO USE REPAIRED MOBILE AND I WANT NEW HANDSET TO BE REPLACED OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.MY EMAIL ID IS [email protected]
