Sir I have purchased flat in silicon city near IPS school. As it is told by builder that electric connection and meter they will provide and they have charged money for that. On completion of flat they hand over the flat on Apr. Since that time electric bill used to come regularly and we deposited money till now. On surprise checked it was found there was no meter alloted to me. Since Apr to till now i have paid the bill. Sir pls guide and do the needful.
