I have been complaining to the service centre of the LG products for a non functioning of a newly purchased Home thatre system
Every time i call, the service centre has been intimating us that the local; service centre will attend in 24 hours. I have now called them for over 7 times and have not recived any call form thier technicians. During one fo the first few calls to the national helpline no they gave me a complaint ID as RNA 121124005143 . After repeated calls to this no they also gave me another service centre no 8939655218. this no I have tried over 50 times, either the line is busy and when it rings no one picks up.
I hope this forum takes up with LG appropriately and sorts out the matter.
