Absolute disregard to customer complaint by LG

My LG microwave still under warranty is non functional since 4th of Nov'2012. I lodged a complaint with LG customer care (Complaint No. RNA121105077590) on the 5th of Nov'2012. A technician visited on 7th Nov and said that the diode & heating coil needs replacement and will do the same in a day or two. When there was no response till the 14th of Nov' I again lodged a complaint (Complain No. RNA12115075920) on the 15th of Nov'2012. Till date the problem remains unresolved and the worst is that the customer care also is not responding to our call. I want to be known to the head India operation LG electronics to know about this and expect some action from him.
