I bought a 40inch LED TV from Samsung and just 20 days of very little use due to my extensive travelling the TV stopped working.
Tried contacting the dealer from whom i purchased the set but of no avail. They just have been telling me that they will talk to the concerned people. The Samsung technician did visit my place to check the TV. He says the TV has some loose contact due to which the TV has problems.
After he left the TV again stopped working.
Don't expect this quality products and pathetic service from a company like Samsung.
