Call Drop problem in HTC One V

I had purchased HTC One V (IMEI 351816050222607) on 29th April. The handset is having problems since last two months and I have taken several rounds to your Service Centre at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I am told that some components & motherboard were replaced and factory-reset was done. But the problem is not yet resolved and the Network goes off at frequent intervals.

I handed over the Handset to the Vashi Service Centre once again on 23/11 (Ticket No.12INA470004088 and Job No. BOM005-0001320).

The handset is still having problem of Network failure and Call Drops very frequently. I have handed over the handset to the Service Centre, Vashi on 24/12 once again ((Ticket No.12INA520000772 and Job No. BOM005-0001574).

Please ensure that the Handset is repaired and is in good working condition. If the repair is not possible, please arrange to replace the handset or refund the cost of the handset.
