I purchased a htc sensation device on 23 march. After 1 month it was not working properly. The problem was phone got over heat up and automatically got switched off.
So i visited htc service center for repair in April. But the problem was not resolved. Again i visited service center for same issue in september and november. They replaced mother board of device but even then problem still persist. Now finally my device got dead.
I again visit the service center and device is with service center. But this time i dont want any repair. I ask htc to replace my handset or return money. But they are not ready.
My device is in warranty period. Out of 8 months my device was in service center for almost 4 months.
The complaint number is 13INCW01ENA000144
I already given 3 chances for repair but this time i want replacement or money back considering the service provided by htc service center. Please consider the above seriously.
